          I wish to purchase a new residential property for my own use,which is situated at Peelamedu, Coimbatore. The extent of the house property  is 5 cents & 1500 sq.ft building with 2 bed rooms,a hall,kitchen etc. The total estimated cost is around 35 lakhs. I invested 10 lakhs on fund. The remaining balance of Rs.25 lakhs will be the proposed loan from your bank. So you may please grant the loan of Rs.25 lakhs with minimum EMI & minimum interest. Now i am working in a private company with my salary is around 50000 per month. I assure you that i can remit the EMI from my salary without making any arrears. So you may grant the loan at your earliest.
